Terms of service
The terms for businesses using Pixio's voice agents.
Last updated 6 October 2026
The service
Pixio gives businesses AI voice agents that answer calls to their number, call their leads, and send follow-up messages, with a dashboard of calls, leads and campaigns. Using Pixio means accepting these terms.
Your responsibilities as a business
- Consent and calling rules: only call people who have asked to hear from you or whom you may lawfully contact, and follow India's telecom rules (TRAI, DLT registration and the do-not-disturb registry) for any promotional calls.
- Your data: the lead lists, forms and accounts you connect must be yours to use, and you're responsible for the content of your agent's script, pitch and messages.
- Honest use: no unlawful, misleading, harassing or fraudulent calls or messages.
- Recordings: calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them; tell callers where required by law.
Connected accounts
When you connect Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or a CRM, you authorise Pixio to read your lead form submissions and send messages from your connected number, only to run your campaigns. You can disconnect at any time from the app or from your Meta account settings.
Charges
Charges follow your plan or agreed rates, including call minutes and messages. Telephony and message charges from providers (such as WhatsApp conversation fees) may apply.
Availability
We work to keep Pixio running and to fix problems quickly, but phone networks, AI services and connected platforms can fail. Pixio is provided as it is, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as missed business.
Ending
You can stop using Pixio at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
