How to have your data deleted from Pixio.

If an agent called you, or you filled in a form

1. Email hello@pixio.tech with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Include the phone number you were called on (and the business's name, if you know it).
3. We delete your calls, recordings, transcripts and lead details within 30 days and confirm by email.

To only stop calls, tell the agent "please don't call me" on any call; you won't be called again by that business.

If you connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp to Pixio

1. Disconnect it in the Pixio app (Settings → Integrations), or remove Pixio in Facebook under Settings → Security and login → Business integrations.
2. Email hello@pixio.tech to have everything Pixio received from your account deleted; we confirm within 30 days.
